Who is managing the properties?
Westbow Capital assesses on a case-by-case basis if it makes sense to oversee the property management internally or to hire an external company. Prokey Living is our internal property management company. Internal management creates cost efficiencies and allows for direct control over how the property is managed to make sure that our high standards are met. If Westbow Capital decides to utilize a third-party property manager, we ensure they are a highly skilled company with expertise in their local markets. Westbow Capital maintains close communication, oversight, and guidance when working with third party managers. The property management company is then responsible for the daily management of specific properties to maintain efficient and cost-effective care. The services include repairs and maintenance on properties, finding and screening tenants, signing lease contracts, and related administrative work to operate the property.
