Development Investment
Westbow Capital offers the opportunity to invest into residential development projects managed by Westbow Construction.
The capital is used to supplement traditional financing, and investors receive a fixed cash yield on the capital they invest into a development project.
Agriculture Investment
Westbow Agriculture focuses on the acquisition and management of agricultural assets including farmland and farming operations across Western Canada.

Westbow Real Estate Properties Trust is offering participation in a real estate investment opportunity consisting of stabilized and value add residential rentals and purpose-built rentals developed by Westbow Construction.
The fund focuses on acquiring a portfolio of residential rental properties in Western Canada and seeks to pay out rental income as distributions to investors. Investors have the option of receiving monthly cash distributions or having the cash distributions re-invested in the fund if they are targeting more growth.
The dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) option can help investors compound their overall returns by utilizing their monthly distributions to purchase additional trust units in the fund at a discounted price.
